Refund policy
We want you to love your purchase. If there’s an issue, here’s how we handle it:
Returns & Exchanges
- Returns/exchanges are only accepted for defective or incorrect items
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery
Refunds
- Refunds are only issued if the item is out of stock or cannot be replaced
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
Important Notes
- We do not offer returns for change of mind
- Slight color differences may occur due to lighting/screen settings
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
